All materials and tools are supplied for these workshops. If you have personal tools which you would like to use, by all means bring them along. A personal respirator is always a good idea when working with glass pigments but dust masks will be supplied for your convenience.
Students are offered a choice of projects that are designed to be possible to complete during the course of the workshop. Since, by nature, these workshops attract highly creative individuals who think they’re special (and you know who you are!) it is assumed that a situation may occur whereby a student may wish to create something more elaborate than those offered. Variations will be entertained on a case-by-case basis and a reasonable fee charged if additional materials or firings are required.
In addition to the workshop fee students should bring approximately $10 per day for lunch on your own, students often carpool to area restaurants.
HOURS
All classes will be held at the Stained Glass Center at Wheaton Arts and run from 10 to 5 PM with a break at 1PM for lunch unless otherwise noted.
