| Here is the kiln with the lid open. It is the
40cm X 60cm model. The exterior is 23 inches X 30 inches.The interior firing
space came supplied with a 1/2" fiberboard shelf and measures 15.5
inches by 23 inches. The kiln lifts off the base and weighs approx 100lbs.
I can just manage to put it in the back of my vehicle by myself. With two
people it is easy to move. When firing at a workshop
I set the kiln up outside in a covered area. In my studio I fire under an
exhaust hood. |
